Registrants in the .DM ccTLD are bound by the Policy in effect at the time of registration or renewal of a .DM Domain Name.

Policies for the .DM ccTLD reflect the Regional Policies and Laws, Regulations, Morals, Cultural & Diplomatic Sensitivities of the Commonwealth of Dominica and the People of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

In addition, where applicable, Policies have been harmonised with the Policy recommendations of the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) .

• Domains may be registerd for up to thre (3) years at a time.

• If a name is not renewed on the expiration date it will be suspened by the central registry for 60 days. Durring this period only the existing registrant may renew. After 60 days the domain is deleted from the registry and is made available on a first-come first serve basis.
